摘要
目的比较UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪(UF-1000i)的细菌计数与细菌培养法在呼吸机管道消毒效果监测中的应用价值。方法采用中和剂对抽检采样87份检品分别进行细菌培养和用UF-1000i进行细菌计数。比较UF-1000i细菌计数与细菌培养法对监测结果判定的差异性。结果 UF-1000i细菌计数与细菌培养法对监测结果判定的一致性分别为:对合格的判定,符合率达100%;对不合格的判定,UF-1000i细菌计数多于培养法。结论 UF-1000i细菌计数可用于呼吸机管道消毒效果监测中的细菌学监测,可起到过筛和快速检测的作用,从而达到控制监测成本、提高控制效率的目的。
[Abstract] Objective To compared the application value on monitoring result of ventilator tube disinfection of UF- 1000i urine sediment analyzer and bacterial culture method. Methods There were 87 specimens in the present study. The bacterial cultures were made by UF-1000i and bacterial count. The monitoring result difference of UF-1000i bacteria count and bacterial culture method were compared. Results UF-1000i bacteria count was better thantthan culture meth- od. Conclusion UF-1000i count of bacteria can be used for bacteriological monitoring disinfection effect of ventilator tube, can play the role of sieving, rapid detection function, control the cost of monitoring and improve control efficiency.
