摘要
目的探讨中老年心血管高危人群血管舒张功能(EID)与颈总动脉弹性的相关性。方法将113例多重高风险心血管患者分为中青年组51例和老年组62例,采用血管回声跟踪技术(ET)测量两组颈总动脉弹性指标:弹性系数(Ep)、血管硬化参数(β)、血管顺应性(AC)、脉搏波传播速度(PWVB)以及压力波增大指数(AIP),分析两组EID受损发生率及EID与颈总动脉弹性的相关性。结果两组临床资料无统计学差异(P>0.05)。老年组患者两侧动脉内﹣中膜厚度(IMT)高于中年组(P<0.05)。老年组Ep、β、AC、PWVB、AI水平高于中青年组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经单因素分析,EID与Ep、β、PWVB呈负相关,而与AC呈正相关。IMT与Ep、β、PWVB、AIP呈正相关,年龄与Ep、β、PWVB、AIP呈正相关。结论老年心血管高危人群EID受损率高于中青年,颈总动脉弹性低于中青年,从而提示年龄是引起颈总动脉弹性下降的重要因素。通过测定不同年龄心血管高危人群EID功能可有效预测外周动脉硬化程度,对预防老年心脑血管疾病有重要的意义。
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the correlation of cardiovascular risk population vasodilation (EID) and carot- id artery elasticity. Methods 113 cases of multiple high-risk cardiovascular patients were divided into younger group (n =51)and elderly group (n= 62). The elastic modulus (Ep), vascular sclerosis parameter (13), vascular compliance (AC), pulse wave velocity (PWVB) and a pressure wave augmentation index (AIP) were measured with the eTRACK- ING (ET). The EID damaged incidence and the correlation with carotid artery elasticity of two groups were analyzed. Results The clinical data of the two groups were not statistically different (P^0. 05). The both sides - media thickness (IMT) of elderly patients were higher than that in the middle-aged group (P〈0.05). The levels of Ep, ~, AC, PWVB, AI of elderly group were higher than the young group (P^0.05). The EID was negatively correlated with Ep, 13, PWVB, but positively correlated with AC. The IMT was positively correlated with Ep, t], PWVB, AIP. The age was positively correlated with Ep, ~, PWVB, AIP and negatively correlated with AC (P〈0.05). Conclusion EID impaires elderly cardiovascular risk population rate in young, middle-aged carotid artery elasticity below, which prompts the age is caused by decreased carotid artery elasticity important factor. By measuring the different age groups at high risk of cardi- ovascular function can effectively predict EID peripheral atherosclerosis in the prevention of cardiovascular and cerebro- vascular diseases elderly has important significance.
