白三烯在婴幼儿喘息性疾病中的作用研究进展

婴幼儿喘息性疾病是一组以发作性咳嗽和(或)喘息为主要症状的疾病,病因多为气道的特异性或非特异性炎症。白三烯作为一组脂类介质,在气道炎症反应中发挥了关键性作用。本文就白三烯在婴幼儿喘息性疾病中的作用研究进展进行综述。

Asthmatic disease in infants and young children is a group of paroxysmal cough and （or） breathing as the main symptoms of the disease, its etiology is specific or non-specific inflammatory airway. Leukotriene as a group of lipid mediators plays a key role in airway inflammatory reaction. The role of leukotrienes in infants with asthmatic disea- ses were reviewed.
