On Significance of Mao Zedong's Thought of “Three Worlds Division” for Our Country's Dealing with Surrounding Countries Relations

随着中国的不断成长,周边安全问题是影响中国未来发展的重要时代命题。中国源自"三个世界"利益博弈的周边安全问题的基本格局仍未改变。只要坚持以毛泽东"三个世界划分"的战略思想为指导,发展第三世界关系,动态组建国际统一战线,并坚持永远不称霸,中国与周边国家就必然能够克服历史因素和特殊情境所造成的误解和争执,共同构建长期稳定的周边安全新局面。

With the continuous development of China, the peripheral security problem has been an important era proposition to China. China＇ s security problem with its surrounding area which originates from the basic interest pattern of the ＂three worlds＂ hasn＇ t still changed. Only when we adhere to Mao Zedongg thought of ＂three worlds division＂ to develop the relations with the third world, build international united front dynamically and never seek hegemony, can China and its neighboring countries inevi tably overcome misunderstandings and conflicts resulting from historical factors and special situations and construct the new periph eral security situation of longterm stability.
