摘要
进气歧管的气道结构直接影响发动机各缸进气量和进气均匀性,因此合理的气道结构是保证发动机性能得以实现的基础。通过三维CFD仿真计算展现进气歧管气道内部微观流场分布,以此为基础指导气道结构优化设计,以实现降低进气压损、增加进气量和保证各缸进气均匀性的目的。
The runner structure of intake manifold has significant influence on intake mass flow and intake uniformity. Reasonable design of runner structure is very important to make sure that tile target of engine performance can realize. The flow field inside the runner of intake manifiohl was cah.ulated and shown by CFD approaeh. The optimization of the runner was then carried out to reduce the pressure loss, increase the intake mass flow and ensure better intake uniformity.
