Axle sleeve, as an important part of automobile suspended frame, has influence on performances of the chassis, such as bra- king, ride comfort and handling stability. Combined with practical work, the influence of the bushing stiffness on vehicle performance was an- alyzed, the test methods to the various properties of shaft sleeve during the Benchmark stage in product development were introduced, which provides data support for product development later.
