摘要
耐压壳体的强度是大深度潜水器研究的关键,近年来引起了国内外各学者的关注,而在潜水器结构耐压强度分析中,有限元模型的建立和边界条件的处理是分析工作必不可少的环节。通过导入SolidWorks中所建潜水器耐压舱实体模型的外表面,再利用ANSYS软件中工作平面(WP)的强大功能,提出了一种方便、快捷的潜水器耐压舱有限元建模方法;在对耐压舱进行边界条件处理时,考虑到实际受力情况,提出了一种新的边界条件的处理方式。理论分析计算证明这种对潜水器耐压壳体强度分析的有限元处理方法是可行的。
The strength of the pressure hull is the key of the deep sea submersible study, and in recent years it has attracted the attention of the scholars at home and abroad; in the analysis of submersible structure s compressive strength, the creation of finite element model and the boundary conditions are the essential parts of the analyticrd work. By importiug the solid model of the submersible pressure hull which is built in the Solidworks into ANSYS, and taking advantage of the powerful features of ANSYS in WorkingPlane(WP), it proposed aconvenient and fast method ofbuildingsubmersible pressure hull's finite element model Taking into account &e actual force on the pressure hull, a new method to process the boundary conditions was raised. And the theory proved that it is feasible to take this approach to analyze the strength of the submersible pressure hull.
