摘要
柴油机配气相位的分析优化对柴油机性能有重要影响。首先通过AVL BOOST软件建立了柴油机的工作过程仿真模型,并运用台架试验数据对仿真模型进行了验证。接着分析了不同的配气相位对柴油机性能的影响,得出在不同转速下配气相位对柴油机功率、扭矩、充气效率及有效燃料消耗率的影响规律,从而得到了最佳的配气相位值,并将优化后的柴油机性能与原机进行了比较。仿真结果表明,优化后的配气相位使柴油机的动力性和经济性都有一定提高。
Valve timing simulation and optimization of diesel engine has an important influence on the diesel performance. The simulation model of diesel engine working process was established by AVL BOOST software and bench test data was used to validate the simulation model. After the influence of different valve timing on the performance of diesel engine was analyzed, and the influence rules of valve timing to diesel power, torque, volumetric efficiency and BSFC at different speed was gained. Then, the optimal valve timing was obtained. The optimized diesel performance was compared with the original machine. The simulation results show that the power performance and fuel economy of diesel engine was improved qfter optimization.
