摘要
轮胎的动平衡性能是衡量轮胎质量优劣的重要指标,不平衡量检测是轮胎出厂前的必要检测项目。研究轮胎动平衡测试中数学模型建立与分析、硬件系统构成、信号提取分析与处理、并在此基础上应用VB.NET开发测试系统软件,实现人机交互。采用按周期分段平滑滤波去除奇异点和数字带通滤波相结合的方法精确获取时域信号;并首次提出并采用标准sinc函数弥补FFT在非整周期截断时的泄露效应带来的误差,保证频域信号的准确获得。该检测系统重复性好、检测精度高。
Tire balancing peormance is an important indicator to measure the quality of the tire, and the tire unbalance detection is essential test before the tire goes out of the factory. Research on tire balancing test system build process, mathematical model analysis, analysis and processing of the signal extraction, on this basis used vb.net to build measurement system software, at last achieving human-computer interaction. It used piecewise smooth filtering remove singularity by cycle and digital band-pass fltering method of combining precise access to time-domain signal; and the first time proposed and adopted sinc function to compensate for the leakage of the FFF in the non-integral period truncation error, to guarantee the accuracy of the frequency-domain signal obtained. The detection system has a good repeatability, and high precision.
