摘要
根据平面二次包络环面蜗杆副的特点提出参数计算应该遵循的设计原则,根据参数之间的关系确定主要优化参数;在对主要参数进行优化时,寻找最好的接触线分布和尽可能大的润滑角来作为优化目标;将不产生非工作区、根切、接触线合理分布和蜗杆不变尖等约束条件确定优化范围;根据这类型优化的特点,采用复合形法来解决优化的求解问题。最后,采用VB开发优化界面。研究表明:复合形法在平面二次包络环面蜗杆副的优化设计中具有可行性和优越性。
According to the distinguishing feature of plane-generated double enveloping torus worm pairs, the design discipline which parameter calculation should be follow wereput forward. Optimized parameters were established on the basis of the relation between the parameters. In the course of optimizing the main parameters, loaking for the best distribution of contact lines and the greatest lubrication angle were treated as the optimized target. Take on non working area, undercutting, the reasonable contact line distribution and no narrow worm thickness as the optimized regior According to the characteristics of this type of optimization, it solved the optimized problem by complex method. Finally, it used Visual Basis to develop the inteqCace of optimization. Research shows that the complex method in optimization of plane-generated double enveloping torus worm pairs is feasible and superior.
