摘要
泥浆发电机利用磁力传动机构传递力矩,带动发电机转子轴旋转,从而达到连续供电的目的,为井下仪器提供能量。采用有限元的方法对井下磁力传动机构的耦合磁场建立数学模型,将磁场三维问题转化成二维问题进行分析计算,并用Ansoft Maxwell软件进行仿真;分析了磁力传动机构的结构参数外磁极厚度、内磁极厚度,气隙厚度对磁力矩的影响,仿真得出磁力传动机构不同偏角所对应的的磁场分布状况和磁力矩间的关系,为磁力传动机构的力学性能的研究提供了参考。
Mud generator transmission torque by magnetic transmission mechanism drives the generator rotor shaft rotation, so as to achieve the purpose of continuous power supply, providing energy for downhole instrument. Here, it adopts the method of finite element to estlish mathematical model far coupling field of downhole magnetic transmission mechanism, and the three dimensional magnetic field problems into a two-dimensional problem carries on the analysis and calculation, using Ansoft Maxwell simulation. It analyzed the structural parameters of the magnetic transmission mechanism, and both of the thickness of the outside and inside pole, and influence of thickness of air gap on the magnetic torque, and the simulation gets the relationship between magnetic transmission mechanism angle corresponding to the different relations and magnetic field distribution and magnetic moment, as reference for the study of mechanical properties of magnetic transmission mechanism.
