摘要
以高速CX系列立式车铣复合加工中心CX110100为研究对象,在SolidWorks中建立其三维实体模型,虚拟装配并进行简化处理,然后导入ANSYS Workbench中建立其接近于实际工况的三维有限元模型并设置接触面。分析计算整机各热源,确定热边界条件,而后加载至有限元模型进行整机热特性分析,并在求出的稳态温度场基础上进行热—结构耦合分析,计算出加工中心各部件在正常工作条件下的热变形,找出热变形规律,为进一步进行实验数据采集和热变形补偿提供理论依据。
Taking the high-speed CX series verticd machining center CXIIOIOhe research object, the model of the machining center is built in Solidworks. The model is simplified and imported into ANSYS Workbench in which the finite element model is estdlished. After the amdyzing of the thermal resource and the boundoO conditions, the steady-state temperature field is calculated. Bed on the temperature field, the thermal-structure coupling analysi f the whole mm'hining center is carried out. Thus the thermal defirmation f the main components nutchining center is solved extly. It will provide rejmnce the error compenstaion of therm deformalion.
