齿轮孔径比对弯曲振动变幅器谐振特性的影响研究

摘要 超声珩齿复合加工有很好的应用前景.变幅器是超声珩齿的关键部件之一.而齿轮工艺孔的大小对变幅器振动系统有一定的影响,因此设计了不同孔径比的齿轮弯曲振动变幅器,应用有限元模态分析方法,研究圆锥型变幅器和复合型变幅器在不同齿轮孔径比条件下对振动系统谐振频率的影响.结果表明:在(18~22)kHz的调节范围内,随着齿轮孔径比的增大,变幅器的振动频率逐渐减小且仍满足工程应用.当孔径比达到0.2及以上时,变幅器的振动频率明显减小或者满足条件的振动频率不存在;同时相对偏差也在逐渐减小.上述研究对超声珩齿齿轮工艺孔的选择有一定的参考价值. The machining of ultrasonic gear honing has a bright future to apply, while the amplitude transformer is the key point of this machining method having been influenced by the fabrication hole of gear. Thus, it is aimed to have research on the frequency of conical and compound amplitude transformer under the condition of different gear aperture ratio with the method of finite element modal analysis. The results indicate that, when the frequency is between 18kHz and 22kHz, the frequency of amplitude transformer reduces gradually along with the increase of the gear aperture ratio. But when the gear aperture becomes 0.2 or greater than it, the frequency of amplhude transformer decreases obviously or the satisfied frequency does not exist. Meanwhile, the relative deviation is decrease. The above research has the certain reference value to choose the fabrication hole of ultrasonic gear honing.
