摘要
水刺法是生产无纺布常用的方法,气浮法能够有效的处理水刺无纺布生产中的废水并实行循环利用,在气浮法水处理中气浮池的结构影响着循环水处理的效果。主要研究了气浮池的格板对气浮效果的影响,首先,利用FLUENT软件对气浮池进行了流场分析,对影响气浮池气浮效果的隔板参数进行了模拟,其次是试制了小型气浮水处理样机,利用样机进行试验,分析结果对改进气浮池的结构设计提供了依据,对同类型气浮池的设计具有一定的参考和实用价值。
The flotation method, commonly used in the production of spunlace nonwoven, is a circulating water treatment method, and the structure paramete'rs of the flotation tank affect the circulating water treatment effect in the flotation water treatment. It used the FLUENT software to analyze flow field for flat flow type air-float pool, and the simulation analysis was applied to the analysis of partition key parameters which influenced the flotation tank flotation effect. Then a small floatation process prototype which was produced is used flotation test, research, test and analysis results to improve the flotation tank provided the basis far the structure design. It had a certain reference value far the same type of flatation tank design.
