摘要
为确保自动化立体仓库(Automated Storage/Retrieval System,AS/RS)的高效管理,将基于统一建模语言和多色集合的工作流组织资源建模与配置方法引入AS/RS流程资源配置的研究中,根据组织资源建模框架建立AS/RS资源结构模型,结合立体库流程组织资源的包含关系及多色集合层次结构将资源模型形式化,通过对多色集合围道矩阵的推理,得出立体库出库作业的组织资源配置,以增加作业柔性,实现AS/RS作业流程过程模型与组织资源模型的良好连接,通过实例应用探讨了其在AS/RS流程组织资源配置中应用的可行性。
To ensure efficient management of automated warehouse, the warkflow organizational resource model andrmal allocation approach is introduced in the research of AS/RS process organizational resource allacation, and the resource structure model of AS/RS is constructed accordingto the modeling framework. The resource model is formalized bced on the PS hierarchical structure. By reasoning the PS contour matrix, the organizational resources are allocated to the ex-warehouse process, so as to improve aperation flexibility and the AS/RS flow organizational resource model and the AS/RS process model are connected appropriately. The feasibility of application in AS/RS process organizational resource allocation is attested through the example.
