摘要
分析机械制造市场中非标准件需求增长趋势,现有生产企业资源、开发、管理等能力不足等问题已经严重制约了非标准件市场的发展,而当前机械制造模式不能很好满足非标准件企业的市场需求。提出了基于云制造的服务模式和思想理念,构建了一种面向非标准件的云制造服务平台,分析了平台的体系架构模式,并对制造资源的接入方法、全生命周期管理及安全问题等部分关键技术进行了探讨和研究。最后搭建了非标准件云制造服务平台门户网站,对所提出理论进行了初步的验证。
A nalyzing non-standard machinery manufacturing market demand growth, the problems of the existing production enterprise resources, development, lack of capacity of management seriously restrict the development of non-standard ports market, and the current machinery manufacturing mode can not satisfy non standard pieces of the enterprise market needs. It proposes a cloud-based manufacturing service models and ideas and builds a service platform for non -standard parts, analyzes the platform architecture model and access method of manufacturing resources, life-cycle management and safety issues and some of the key technology. Finally, the non-standard pieces of cloud manufacturing services platform portal is built and the proposed theory is validated.
