摘要 基于一种应用于连铸的新型机械驱动结晶器复合非正弦振动装置,进行了理论上和机构特点上的的分析;从工业生产应用的实践要求出发,在理论分析与计算的基础上,设计了特定的工业测试设备,按理论指导有顺序的进行了工业测试,对所采用的安装、调试方法、实施步骤进行了详细的阐述;对测试结果进行了理论分析与总结,利于该设备在工厂实际应用中与生产工艺相配合,发挥其性能的高效化、宽幅调节性能,并对设备的安全维护、顺利操作与调整起到理论指导作用。 Based on a new type of compound non-sinusoidal mechanical drive oscillation mold device applicating in continuous casting, it has carried on the analysis on theory and institutional characteristics; Starting from the practical demand for the industrial production application, on the basis of theoretical analysis and calculation, it designs the specific industrial testing equipment, artd according to the theory instruction sequence it carried out industrial tests, the installment, the debugging methods, and implementation steps are detailedly describe& It has carried on the theoretical analysis and summary, and the result of the test for the equipment in the factory matches the production process in practical application, and it carl perform efficiently, and wildly regulates performance, and theoretically instructs the of the equipment maintenance, smooth operation and culiustment.
