摘要
针对三角测量中非线性校正影响测量精度的问题,设计了基于GP2Y0A02模块的单片机位置光学测试系统。应用激光三角测量法测量GP2Y0A02电压值,采用多元线性回归建立电压与距离的拟合曲线,利用曲线拟合方法克服传感器的非线性,并进行测试。测试结果表明:对于非线性位置测量,采用该方法能得到满意的测量精度。
Aiming at the problem of measurement precision affected by nonlinear correction in triangulation measurement, the optical detecting system with using GP2Y0A02 unit based on microcomputer is designed. Use the principle of laser triangulation measurement to measure GP2Y0A02 voltage, use multi linear regression to establish fitting curve of voltage and distance, use curve fitting method to overcome sensor non-linear. The test results show that adopt appropriate data treatment to get satisfied measurement accuracy for nonlinear position measurement.
