腹腔镜下根治性全膀胱切除术与开放手术的临床疗效对比

Clinical Efficacy of Radical Cystectomy Under Laparoscopy and Open Operation

目的对比腹腔镜下根治全膀胱切除术与开放式全膀胱切除术的临床治疗效果。方法选患者51名,为试验组,在腹腔镜下进行全膀胱性切除;回顾性研究2013年以前开放式行全膀胱切除术的患者病例资料20份,为对照组。比较两组的手术效果。结果两组术后肠道功能恢复时间、平均住院时间、并发症的发生率对比,试验组优于对照组,P<0.05。结论腹腔镜下根治性全膀胱切除术疗效优于开放手术。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of radical cystectomy under laparoscopy and open radical cystectomy. Methods 51 patients with radical cystectomy under laparoscopy were selected as the experimental group, and 20 patients with open radical cystectomy were selected as the control group to compare the clinical effect of the two groups. Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in the postoperative intestinal function recovery time, the average hospitalization time, and the incidence of complications （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The curative effect of radical cystectomy under laparoscopy is better than that of open operatton.
