中药舒筋健骨汤熏洗对膝关节周围骨折术后康复治疗研究

Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation with Shujinjiangu Soup for Postoperative Rehabilitation of Fractures Around Knee

目的探讨在膝关节周围骨折术后康复中应用中药舒筋健骨汤熏洗的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院于2012年4月至2013年4月收治82例膝关节周围骨折患者的临床资料,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组41例,对照组患者给予术后常规康复训练,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予中药舒筋健骨汤熏洗治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率为95.12%,明显优于对照组的78.05%,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在膝关节周围骨折术后康复中应用中药舒筋健骨汤熏洗的疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine Shujinjiangu soup for the postoperative rehabilitation of fractures around the knee. Methods The clinical data of 82 cases of fractures around the knee in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2013 were selected and divided into observation group and control group, with 41 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received the conventional postoperative rehabilitation training, while patients in the observation group received the Shujinjiangu soup for traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of conventional postoperative training. The clinical effect was observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.21%, significantly higher than 78.05% of the control group, with statistically significant difference （1~ 〈0.05）. Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation with Shujinjiangu soup has significant effect for the postoperative rehabilitation of fractures around the knee, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
