32例急性白血病合并带状疱疹的护理

Nursing Care of 32 Cases of Acute Leukemia Patients Complicated with Herpes Zoster

目的探讨急性白血病合并带状疱疹患者的护理措施。方法选择2006年1月至2012年12月在我院就诊的急性白血病合并带状疱疹患者32例，针对带状疱疹的特点实施相应的护理。结果经过2～6周的精心护理，本组患者的带状疱疹痊愈。结论采取有效的护理措施，不仅可以减少感染的发生，而且还可缩短病程，减轻患者痛苦。

Objective To investigate the nursing intervention of acute leukemia patients complicated with herpes zoster. Methods 32 cases of acute leukemia patients with herpes zoster in our hospital from January 2006 and December 2012 were given relevant nursing intervention according to their characteristic. Results After 2 to 6 weeks of intensive care, all patients with herpes zoster were healed. Conclusions Taking effective nursing intervention can not only reduce the infection rate but also shorten the course of disease and relieve pain of patients with herpes zoster.
