专业化牙齿清洁技术防治牙周炎的效果

摘要 目的探讨专业化牙齿清洁技术(PMTC)对牙周炎的防治临床效果。方法选自我院2010年至2012年牙科收治的早期牙周炎患者共100例,以随机的方式分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例。对照组患者接受常规方法治疗,观察组患者则接受专业化牙齿清洁技术治疗。两组患者在治疗后由我院口腔医生对治疗效果进行评价。结果相对于对照组患者,观察组患者临床治疗效果更为突出,两者对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PMTC本身具有侵袭性低以及操作方便等优点,对传统牙周炎治疗方法有明显的补充作用,能够抑制牙周炎患者口腔内致病菌的生长从而减缓牙周炎进程,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of professional mechanical tooth cleaning (PMTC) technique in the prevention and treatment of periodontitis. Methods 100 patients with early periodontitis in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were selected and divided into two groups randomly, with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received conventional therapy, while patients in the observation group received PMTC therapy, to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P 〈0.05). Conclusions PMTC has the advantages of minimal invasion and convenient operation, and has a supplementary effect on traditional treatment methods of periodontitis. It can inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria in the oral cavity of patients with periodontitis, so as to slow down the process of periodontitis, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
