人文关怀护理对高血压患者焦虑心理影响的意义研究

目的研究观察人文关怀护理对高血压患者焦虑心理影响的意义。方法选取2012年7月至2013年1月于本院进行诊治的90例高血压患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理组)45例和观察组(人文关怀护理组)45例,然后将两组患者护理前与护理后1周、4周时分别采用HAD量表和Zung自评量表进行评估。结果观察组护理后1周、4周的HAD量表和Zung自评量表评分和阳性率均显著低于护理前,且低于对照组护理后1周与4周时,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论人文关怀护理对高血压患者焦虑心理影响较为明显,更有利于改善患者不良心理状态。

Objective To study and observe the influence significance of humanistic care for the psychological anxiety of patients with hypertension. Methods 90 patients with hypertension who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2012 to January 2013 were selected as research object, and divided into control group （45 cases, routine nursing group） and observation group （45 cases, humanistic care group） according to the random number table method. HAD scale and Zung scale were used to evaluate in both group before and 1 week, 4 weeks after nursing. Results The points and positive rate of HAD score and Zung score at 1^st and 4^th week after the nursing in the observation group were significantly lower than those before the nursing, and lower than those of control group at 1^st and 4^th week after the nursing, all P 〈0.05. Conclusions The influence of humanistic care for psychological anxiety of patients with hypertension is obvious, and it is beneficial for the improvement of patients＇ bad psychological state.
