摘要
对于细长冲压制件沿着长度方向进行侧冲孔时,斜楔驱动器要求布置在制件的端头,如果端头有垂直冲孔时,斜楔滑块将无法越过正冲孔凸模,采用桥式吊楔可以解决这个难题。本文介绍了一种桥式吊楔的结构原理和设计方法,希望对此类制件的模具设计有所帮助。
For the long and narrow part, the CAM driver has to set in the end of the part for CAM piercing in the direction of length, if direct piercing is required in the end, the CAM slider can＇ t be set over the punch of direct piercing.The Bridge-type CAM can be used to solve this issue.Its structure and function to be introduced in the text.
