摘要
基于SWITCH CONTACT的结构,尺寸精度的特点以及高速冲压成形时主要问题,分析了端子的工艺特点,介绍了端子级进模的排样设计、模具结构、主要零部件的设计过程,同时简单介绍了高速冲压成形的特点。
Based on switch contact structure feature, dimensions tolerance and main issues in high speed stamping, analyze contact process characteristic, and introduce contact progressive die layout design, die structure and key points of main working parts design. In the same time,also presents the feature of high speed forming simple.
