摘要
球轴承是平台框架上的重要支承部件 ,其性能直接影响到平台系统的精度、可靠性及工作稳定性。对低速球轴承的摩擦力矩的机理进行分析和实验 ,探讨了影响启动摩擦力矩的三大因素 ,提出了减小摩擦力矩的措施 ,要更好地改善球轴承的性能 ,应选用高精度的多孔性材料的保持架 。
Ball bearings are important Support parts in the frame of platform, their performance affects the precision, reliability and stability of the platform system dircetly. In this paper, the mechanism of friction moment of low speed ball bearings are analysed and tested,three factors affecting the starting friction moment are approached, and some methods of mitigating the friction moment are presented. In order to improve the performance of the ball bearing, retainer made from high precise and porous materials and dilute lubricating oil should be used.
