高校学生管理中的法律关系及其依据

目前我国高校学生管理中所面临的法律问题日益复杂化,高校学生管理中法律制度的现状和问题值得我们研究。研究高校在学生管理工作中的不同法律关系,关乎高校日常工作中最重要的内容,也是深化高等教育改革的重要保障。高校的学生管理由一系列管理工作组成,文章主要从三方面的内容进行说明:教学管理、学籍管理、公寓化管理。同时,依据《教育法》、《教师法》等法律以及《普通高等学校学生管理规定》等条例,提出了管理中不同法律关系的依据。
