摘要
某医疗废物焚烧装置长期运行过程中,换热器出现腐蚀现象,通过换热管取样样品的宏观与微观观察分析,得出换热管的主要腐蚀形式为应力腐蚀、缝隙腐蚀和磨损腐蚀及高温熔盐腐蚀。针对设备的上述腐蚀形态,给出了防腐蚀建议,并根据防腐蚀建议,采取了相应的设备改进措施。
By means of macro inspection ,metallographic analysis, scanning electron microscope, the corrosion reasons of the inculerator＇ s heat exchanger are analyzed, it was shown that the major reasons are stress corrosion, crevice corrosion, wear corrosion, high temperature molten salt corrosion. Aiming at these corrosion behavior, give some advices of corrosion protection, and improve the equipment.
