摘要 介绍了碳四裂解工艺在生产装置的应用情况。结合实际操作,从节能降耗、产品收率和分布等方面进行了操作优化,得到了适合单台反应器的工艺参数:反应温度460~480℃、空速10.3h^-1,在这种操作参数下产品总收率提高了0.5%;同时两台反应器并联运行,产品产量增加了20.19%。并且提出了在生产操作过程中影响装置平稳运行的问题和解决办法。 The application of carbon four cracking procession in producing device was introduced. Combined with the actual operation, it was optimized from energy consumption, product yield and distribution and other aspects. The process parameters for single reactor were that reaction temperature was 460 - 480 ℃ , space velocity was 10. 3 h ^- 1 , in the total yield of the operating parameters of products was increased 0.5% , and two reactors in parallel operation at the same time, the product yield increased by 20. 19%. The influence of the stable operation of the device problems and solutions during operation were proposed.
