对于电子警察行业来说,车辆的定位与识别与车辆跟踪、车牌识别一样是核心算法,而且是后两者的前奏。车辆的定位与识别有很多种方法。比如轮廓法、神经网络、SVM法等。这些方法都各有千秋。其中轮廓法是最普遍的。提出一种新方法,可以以一种极其简易的方式定位车辆,在某些预定义的场景下,效果相当不错。

To electrical police vocation,car locating and recognization,car tracking,plate recognization are all kernel algorithms.The fomer is prelusion of the latters.There are a lot of methods for car locating and recognition,such as contour method,nerve network,SVM（Support vector machine）.These metheds are distinguished by various qualities.Among these methods,contour method is the most prevalent.This article introduces a new which can implement by very simply method.It get very good outcome in some scene.
