摘要
针对求解高维、复杂的梯级水库优化调度时易出现"维数灾"或陷入局部最优解的问题,本文提出了一种混合优化算法。该算法结合云模型思想对人工蜂群算法进行了改进,克服了人工蜂群算法寻优中易于"早熟"的缺点,保持了后期种群的多样性,提高了全局搜索能力。实例计算表明,利用该混合算法求解梯级水库优化调度问题与传统算法比较,结果可靠合理,计算效率高,从而为求解高维、复杂的梯级水库优化调度问题提供了一条新的思路。
This paper describes a rapid evolutionary cloud variation-artificial bee colony algorithm for optimization of the operation of high-dimensional and complex cascade reservoirs, a combination algorithm that integrates the cloud model principle and resolves the problems of dimension disaster and trapping into local optima. This algorithm preserves the variety of ABC, avoids the premature of ABC, and has higher overall searching efficiency. Application to a case study verifies that the new algorithm is cost-saving and more accurate than traditional algorithm. It would provide a new approach to optimal operation of cascade reservoirs.
