摘要
研究了2种采用不同探头的微波水分仪测量原煤的含水量,对影响其测量精度的因素进行了试验分析。选取某电厂所用的原煤作为实验用煤,分别对采用表面波插入式探头的微波水分仪和采用反射计探头的微波水分仪进行了测量实验。实验结果表明:对于采用表面波插入式探头的微波水分仪,微波仪的读数随插入深度的增大而增大,随煤样粒径的增大读数减小,煤层厚度的变化对读数影响不大;对于探头采用反射式设计的微波水分仪,微波仪的读数随探头与煤层面之间的距离的增大而减小,随煤样粒径的增大读数减小,煤层厚度的变化对测量结果影响较大。
Experimental study on measurement of moisture in coal was done by microwave moisture analyzer with two kinds of probes. How the precision of determination was affected was analyzed. Raw coal from one power plant was adopted in the experiments, determination of moisture using microwave moisture analyzer with surface wave inserted-type probe and reflected- type probe were carried out respectively. It was shown that, for the inserted-type, the measuring values increased with the increase of inserting depth and decreased with increase of the coal sample size, while the coal sample thickness had little influence on measuring value. For the reflected-type, the measuring values decreased with increase of distance between coal sample and probe and decreased with the increase of coal sample size as well, the coal sample thickness had a relatively high impact on measurement.
