摘要
对能力验证样品CCRICAP1104在烟煤黏结指数测定项目中出现的不满意结果进行了成因分析,从人员、样品、方法和程序、消耗品、设备及校准等方面探讨引起偏差的原因,并阐述了应采取的纠正措施。
The causes analysis of an unsatisfied result in determination of caking index of bituminous coal specially for the ability verification sample CCRICAP1104 were carried out, and moreover, from aspects such as human resources, samples, methods, process, consumptions, apparatus and calibration, the reasons that caused the deviation was discussed, as well as the countermeasures.
