There are some problems in the location surveying of the base bolts of cross river wire tower. The method called as 'Separatly Control Method' in this paper is used, which is derided int, o two steps: The first is to determine the locations of the 8 bolts on the sample plate, the second, to settle the location and the center of the sample plate by minicontrol nets.
