新型含酰基结构炔胺的合成及应用

摘要 报道了一类新型含酰基炔胺及衍生物的合成,以及其在制备重要化工中间体中的应用。以一类酰胺化合物和带取代基的端炔为原料,通过交叉耦合反应,合成含酰基炔胺。部分未知炔胺经核磁共振和质谱分析确证。本文同时研究了酰基炔胺在过渡金属Au参与下经双羰基化制备-酮酰胺。 We reported controlled synthesis of novel ynamides and its application in preparation of chemical intermediates. Via cross-coupling reaction of a kind of terminal alkynes and amides. This kind of ynamides are also important in transition metal reactions. The results of this investigation were used as a guide for the preparation of a series ofα-keto Imides in high yield of 1,2-dicarbonylation organic reactions.
