九甸峡水库对刘家峡水电站发电、排沙和防洪的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对刘家峡水电站进行水库调度研究,以期刘家峡水库的兴利功能和防洪功能得到更充分的发挥,提高黄河流域水资源利用率.分别从水利联系、异重流排沙和防洪安全3个方面考察了洮河干流九甸峡水库对刘家峡水库在发电、排沙和防洪方面的影响,经过对比发现,九甸峡水库蓄水,减少了刘家峡水库的入库水量,使刘家峡水库的出库流量减小,弃水量大大减少,同时九甸峡水库蓄水后,导致河道输沙能力减弱,使得来沙量大为减少,并结合实际运行经验认为:九甸峡水库年内随着刘家峡水库运行进行补偿调节,可采用分段抬高水位减少淤沙和设置动态防洪限制水位的办法保证水库蓄水. The reservoir dispatching of Liujiaxia hydropower station is studied, in order to give full play of flood control and generation function of Liujiaxia water reservoir, enhance the Yellow River water resources utilization. The studies are carried out from the aspects of water conservancy correlation, density flow desilting and flood con- trol security respectively, which exert influences on Liujiaxia water reservoir. Through comparison it is found that the Jiudianxia reservoir filling reduces the Liujiaxia reservoir water storage and outflow, reduces surplus water quantity greatly; meanwhile, it also weakens the river sediment capacity and makes the sediment discharge to a lower level. Combining with actual dispatching experiences, it is cognized that the Jiudianxia reservoir should operate for compensation purpose along with Liujiaxia water reservoir operation condition during the year, taking the subsection heading up the water level so as to reduce the sediment and set up dynamic flood restricted level to ensure reservoir storage.
