基于离散元的三球链碰撞过程分析

摘要 采用离散元法研究一维球链的碰撞问题,并采用Fortran语言编制了相应的仿真程序,在此平台上研究一维球链碰撞的力学行为,将数值计算结果与理论分析结果进行比较,并探讨了质量比、刚度比对一维球链碰撞后速度分区的影响.计算结果表明,质量比对一维球链碰后的速度分区有较大影响,而刚度比则几乎不会影响碰撞后的速度分区.研究工作表明,离散元法处理多刚体碰撞问题具有高效率与灵活性,可以避免理论方法计算量大、且避免了运算量大、计算结果不稳定性等问题. This paper applies the discrete element methed to analyse three-ball-chain system~ s impact process, computes and simulates ball-chain system's impact process by using Fortran, and compares the simulation results with theoretical algorithms. In this paper, the influences of mass ratio and rigidity ratio on the partition of the one-dimensional chain of balls are discussed. The calculation results show that the the mass ratio has a great influence on velocity partition; and rigidity ratio has little effect on velocity parti- tion. The research results indicate that the discrete element method also can be appropriate for dealing with the impact of the rigid body collision problem; it also can void the problems of complexity calculation and the instable calculation results.
