摘要 目的:设计一个实验平台,使生物医学工程专业的学生可以学习在数字信号处理器(DSP)上处理生物医学信号的方法。方法:采用数字化心电信号作为实验平台的数据源,在现有的DSP实验平台上设计完成各种生物医学信号处理算法。结果:在实验平台上开发了心电发生器、滤波、压缩、频谱分析、心率检测等实验,同时将此实验平台作为学习生物医学信号处理仪器设计的原型,取得了良好的教学效果。结论:学生使用基于DSP的生物医学信号处理实验平台既能够学习和深刻理解生物医学信号处理的算法,还能够学习如何使用DSP来实现这些算法,教学效果显著,但仍有待于进一步完善。 Objective To design a laboratory platform in order to process biomedical signals with DSP for the student from biomedical engineering faculty, Methods All types of biomedical signal process algorithms were designed based on the existing DSP platform, with the digital ECG signal as the data source. Results Some experiments were developed with the platform, including the ones for ECG generator, filter, compression, frequency analysis, heart rate detection and etc. The platform could be used for the prototype of biomedical signal processor design. Conclusion The biomedical signal processing laboratory platform based on DSP facilitates the biomedical signal processing algorithms and their realization.
