Discussion about Structure and Implementation of PACS/RIS System of Hospital

目的:探讨医院影像科PACS/RIS的架构、软硬件配置与系统运行特点,使该系统能保障临床工作更顺利地进行。方法:通过对PACS/RIS的软硬件分析及应用实践,总结系统运行情况,并结合日常维护保障工作的经验对系统的优缺点进行讨论。结果:PACS/RIS运行比较稳定,偶尔出现故障,达到了影像及患者信息在临床科室间充分共享的要求。结论:PACS/RIS是全面解决医院影像数字化存档与通信的综合系统,对医院的信息一体化建设具有重要意义,但仍有待进一步发展和完善。

Objective To explore the architecture, hardware ＆ software configuration and system operation of PACS/RIS in the medical imaging department. Methods The hardware, software and system operation of PACS/RIS were summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of the system were analyzed based on the daily maintenance.Results PACS/RIS functioned well despite some failures occasionally, so that the images and patient information could be shared between the clinical departments. Conclusion PACS/RIS system is a comprehensive system that totally solves digital medical image archiving and communication, and it takes important meaning for integrated hospital information system. But further development and improvement are needed.
