摘要
目的:探讨医院集团化系统的设计与改造。方法:结合延安大学附属医院的实际情况,进行集团化系统的网络改造、业务流程改造、管理模式改造及软件改造。结果:形成了设计布局合理、运行机制完善、规划内容完整的应用环境系统。结论:通过医院集团化系统的设计与改造,能更好地适应集团化医院长远发展的需要。
Objective To discuss the design and transformation of hospital collectivized system. Methods The transformalion was carried out from the aspects of the collectivized system, including the network, business flow, management mode and software. Results The application environment system functioned well in the layout, operation mechanism and content. The design and transformation of hospital collectivized system meet the requirements of its long-lerm development.
