基于吖啶红染料荧光光谱特性的γ射线辐射剂量检测方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的根据吖啶红(AR)染料的荧光光谱特性,建立了60Coγ射线辐射剂量的检测新方法。方法用60Coγ射线辐射AR溶液,根据测得AR溶液的荧光强度(F),建立γ射线辐射剂量(D)与荧光强度之间的D-F定量关系。结果随着60Coγ射线辐射剂量的增强,吖啶红(AR)溶液的荧光强度F值下降。当λex=530 nm,λem=550 nm,AR溶液浓度c=1.0×10-5mol/L^1.0×10-4mol/L时,AR溶液浓度越大,定量测定的辐射剂量范围越宽(0 kGy^4 kGy),辐射剂量与荧光强度之间的线性定量关系越好(r=0.9996)。实验发现,与AR结构相似的共存物质、溶液酸度和辐射温度对检测结果影响很小。研究阐述了H2O2的影响机制。分别应用光谱、质谱等技术表征了60Coγ射线辐射导致AR荧光变化的机理。结论本方法大大减少了用物理方法测定辐射剂量时60Coγ射线对人体的损伤,并具有测定累积辐射剂量的优势。 Objective To develop a new detection method of 60Co gamma radiation dose based on the fluorescence spectrum characteristic of acridine red dye. Methods The aqueous solution of acridine red dye was radiated with 60Co gamma ray, then the quantitative relationship between gammaray radiation dose (D) and fluorescence intensity (F) was established according to the measured fluorescence intensities(F) of AR solution. Results With the increase of 60Co gamma radiation dose, fluores- cence intensity(F) of acridine red (AR) decreased. When the AR concentration was 1.0 × 10 -5 mol/L - 1.0 × 10 -4 mol/L, AR solution concentration was positively correlated with the radiation dose range of quantitative determination (0 kGy - 4 kGy), and the linear relation between the radiation dose and F at hex = 530 nm, hem = 550 nm( r = 0. 9996 ). It was suggested that coexisting substances with similar AR structure, acidity of solution and the radiation temperature had little influence on detection result. Study on deep explanation to the influence mechanism of H2 02, and the mechanism of the gamma ray radiation resulting in changes of AR fluorescence was characterized using spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. Conclusion This method greatly reduced the damage of 60 Co gamma ray to human body, when the radiation dose was measured by physical methods, and it also has the advantages in measuring cumulative doses.
