摘要 提出一种新型大功率逆变器空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)开关器件和滤波电抗器的损耗建模方法,利用该方法,对大功率逆变器进行损耗、效率的预估,制作了实验样机,对比了实验样机测试的效率与理论分析的预估效率,验证了损耗模型的准确性。提出了大功率逆变器的损耗主要由开关器件损耗和滤波电抗器的损耗两部分构成,为大功率逆变器的效率优化提供了理论支撑,具有较强的实践应用意义。 The new loss modeling method of high power inverter space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) swi- tching device loss and filter reactor is put forward.By using the method,the loss and the efficiency estimation are done.An experimental prototype is made which can contrast the efficiency of the prototype test and the forecast effi- ciency of theoretical analysis.The accuracy of the model is verified by the method.Through the theoretical analysis and experimental verification,it's verified that the loss is mainly composed of switching device and filter reactor.It has proved the theoretical support for high power inverter efficiency optimization with strong practical application significance.
