交错并联LLC谐振变换器的研究 被引量:3

摘要 LLC谐振变换器可实现软开关,近年来被广泛应用。但单路LLC变换器输出电流纹波大,输出滤波电容往往需要多只电容并联,对系统的体积、重量和寿命带来了很大的挑战。为解决输出电流纹波较大的问题,可采用交错并联技术,但谐振元件参数的误差使得LLC谐振变换器并联时难以均流。研究了加入输出均流电感实现两路均流的方案,通过计算验证了均流电感的均流原理,仿真分析和实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性。 LLC resonant converter is widely used because it can achieve soft switching.However,the ripple of output current of LLC converter is large and many capacitors are needed in paralleled to satisfy output current ripple.It will be a great challenge for size,weight and lifetime.Interleaved technique can be used to reduce the output current rip- pie.But the resonant components' error can cause unbalanced power distribution between the paralleled converters.Ou- tput sharing current inductor is added to share current.The principle of the current sharing can be proved by calcula- tion.The theoretical design is verified by the simulation analysis and experimental results at last.
