基于UC3843的锂离子电池组均衡电路设计 被引量:1

摘要 锂离子电池组中单体电池差异会严重影响电池组寿命。此处采用UC3843实现恒功率多路输出反激电源,利用多路TL431结合光耦实现各单体电池电压的采样反馈,同时实现了主动均衡结合被动均衡的新颖均衡结构。测试表明,效率高达78.8%,均衡总电流最大可达3 A。 The difference between Li-ion batteries will decrease the lifetime of battery.The constant power multi-path flyback power source is realized by using UC3843, the sample feedback battery voltage is realized by using multi-path TL431 which combines with optical coupler, and the new balancing structure of the active balancing combined with passive balancing is realized.The test shows the efficiency is 78.8% and the maximum balancing current can reach at 3 A.
