摘要
交流伺服系统中转子转速一般是通过对测量得到的转子位置角进行微分得到,但由于位置角测量的量化原因,易造成速度计算的不准确及量化误差;而且同时采用该方法不可能得到瞬时速度。为此设计了一种瞬时转速观测器,并在此基础上结合位置脉冲增量式插补方法提出一种改进的瞬时转速观测器。实验结果表明与传统结构系统相比,瞬时速度观测器系统具有较快的速度动态响应、较低的电流脉动,而且改进的瞬时速度观测器使伺服系统在低速时能进一步降低转速和电流脉动。
The rotor rotation speed is normally calculated by differential of the measured rotor position angle in alter- nating current servo drive system.The calcultated speed and the quantitative error are inaccurate due to quantitative po- sition angle.An instantaneous rotation speed estimator is analysed, and an improved speed estimator is proposed based on position increment interpolation method.The experimential results show that the servo drive with instataneous speed estimator has quick speed dynamic response and low current ripple.The ripples of the current and the rotor speed in servo system with improved instantaneous estimator are lower.
