当前,随着"学习型党组织创建"活动的不断深入,给党的建设工作提出了新的要求,带来了许多有利因素。同时,也给党的建设方面带来了一些新问题和新挑战,特别是基层前线单位,存在提升组织生活质量进度跟不上、党建工作水平参差不齐等问题,因此,加强和改进党建思想政治工作,创建学习型党组织,是需要我们思考和解决的新课题。

At present, the constant depth of the campaign of building learning type Party organization has not only brought new requirements and favorable factors to the Party building but also brought new issues and challenges to basic level workplaces in the Party building where the quality of regular organization activity needs promoting and the capability of the Party building needs improving as a whole. Therefore, how to strengthen and improve ideological and political work in Party building and build learning type Party organization is a new topic that needs thinking and working out.
