试论国际化经营人才英语口语培训——以中石化英语分级测试为前提 被引量:1

摘要 中石化集团公司英语分级测试借鉴了通行的英语考试认证体系,但所有考生的英语口语平均水平依旧偏低。因此,针对中石化英语分级测试的整体设计思路和实际操作方式,国际化经营人才英语口语培训应该在原有的策略上进行适当的调整和改进:首先,应继续以浸泡式语言培训的模式,让学员们在良好的英语环境和氛围中练习口语;其次,要加强多元文化的学习,在多元文化的氛围中培养学员的口语能力,以适应海外项目的要求;再次,应增加海外项目管理流程整体设计的口语培训课程,提高学员海外项目的综合素质;最后,要重视培训课程开发中的测试,课程实施中以及结束后的评价及反馈,完善整体培训课程体系。 Sinopec English--level test references general English test certification system. Because all the examinees are still poor at spoken English, it is necessary to adjust and improve oral English training strategy of international manage- ment talents in response to the ideas and practical way of Sinopec English Test. Firstly, students should practice speak- ing English in a good environment and atmosphere by total immersion language training mode; secondly, students could strengthen their oral English ability through multi--cultural studying so that they could adapt themselves to the require- ments of overseas projects better than before. Thirdly, to improve the comprehensive quality of students, overseas pro- ject management process should add to the training courses. Finally, to improve the training course system, it is essen- tial to attach importance to course development's test and its implementatiorfs evaluation and feedback.
