摘要
电类高技能人才轮训要充分考虑油田企业的需求和实际,结合油田企业对轮训的期望和建议,以及目前高技能人才适应油田企业发展所面临的问题,开展短期小班的轮训模式,既可构建高技能人才校企培训平台;又可以和油田各企业共同配置专业的观摩、实训基地;还可以建立与企业的技术服务、技能革新研究长期合作机制。
Rotational training of high--skilled electrical personnel should take into full consideration oilfield enterprises demand and reality as well as their expectation and suggestion on the training. According to the issue high--skilled personnel face in adapting development of oilfield enterprises, using small--scale training mode in a short time can not only build school--enterprise training platform for high--skilled personnel but also work together with oilfield enterprises to configure special base for observation and learning as well as practical training. In addition, this model can help establish long--term cooperative mechanism for technology services and skill--oriented innovation research.
