摘要
实际使用过程中发现:转速、摆角、扭矩是导致球笼式同步万向联轴器本体发热量过大、寿命降低的主要原因.本文采用正交试验法对球笼式同步万向联轴器的性能进行测试,利用极差分析法对正交试验结果进行分析.结果表明对球笼本体发热量大小的影响程度依次是转速、摆角、扭矩,最后对球笼式万向联轴器的设计提出了建议.
It is found that the speed, angle and torque is the main factors which affect the heat release and useful life of ball cage synchronous universal coupling recently. In this paper, the orthogonal test method is used to study the performance of ball cage synchronous universal coupling. Experimental results are analyzed by range method.
