摘要
航天任务中,为保证低等级器件的可靠性需要对其进行筛选。针对Kodak公司的商用CCD探测器KLI-2113,设计了可供12片CCD同时进行老炼试验的筛选电路,通过对各驱动信号的频率、宽度和相互位置关系的仔细调试,获得了满足信噪比要求的数字图像。在此基础上,针对12片CCD进行了老炼试验,试验结果表明,器件完全满足可靠性筛选方法的要求。本文中筛选电路的设计方法对其他航天任务中的低等级器件筛选也具有一定的参考价值。
The low-level devices are required to be screened to ensure their reliability in space mission. A screening circuit that can carry out the aging test for simultaneous screening of 12 CCDs was designed for the commercial CCD detector KLI-2113 made by Kodak. The digital images meeting the SNR requirements were obtained by careful debugging of the frequency,the pulse width and the mutual positional relationship of the drive signals. On this basis,the aging test for 12 commercial CCDs of Kodak was conducted at a same time. The result shows that the circuit meets the reliability requirements of the device screening. The design method of the screening circuit has a certain reference value for screening the low-grade devices in other space mis-sions.
